We usually need 1–2 working days to prepare and dispatch your order.

As soon as your parcel is on its way across the UK, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, so you can follow it right to your doorstep.

We want you and your pup to be completely happy with your purchase.
If something doesn’t feel right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order — no worries, no fuss.

To keep things easy, we just ask that items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all Wag & Wear labels still attached.
